Acceptable Use Policy

1. Be respectful and lawful

You must use Joinazo only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Treat members, groups, venues and our team with respect.

2. Prohibited content

You must not upload, post or share content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity.
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploitative.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, phishing links or deceptive material.
• Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, or the nature of a group or venue.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Spam, scrape, harvest data, or use automated means to access the service except via documented public interfaces we expressly allow.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Circumvent fees, security measures, or moderation controls.
• Use Joinazo to process payments for goods or services that are illegal or prohibited by Stripe or card networks.
• Impersonate Joinazo staff or another person or organisation.

4. Listings and commercial use

Group and venue listings must be accurate and not misleading. You must have the right to list venues and spaces you offer for hire. You remain responsible for complying with consumer, advertising, health & safety and licensing laws that apply to your activities.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take action we consider appropriate, including warnings, content removal, feature limits, suspension or permanent bans. Serious cases may be reported to law enforcement.

We may update this policy as our product and legal requirements evolve. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
