Step-by-Step Guides
Finding & Joining a Group
- 1Go to the homepage and use the search bar to find groups by name, sport, or location.
- 2Browse category tiles on the homepage to explore groups by activity type.
- 3Click on a group card to view its profile — including photos, sessions, reviews, and membership options.
- 4Choose a membership package and click 'Join' to sign up. You can pay via Joinazo Pay, bank transfer, or external links.
- 5Once joined, the group will appear in your 'My Groups' dropdown in the navbar.
Creating & Setting Up a Group
- 1Click 'Add Group' in the navbar to start the group setup wizard.
- 2Enter your group name, sport/activity type, description, and location.
- 3Upload a cover photo and gallery images to showcase your group.
- 4Set your age ranges, features, and any custom details.
- 5Add membership packages with pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods.
- 6Publish your group — it will appear in search results and category pages.
Managing Sessions & Schedules
- 1Navigate to your group's dashboard and select 'Manage Sessions'.
- 2Add recurring sessions (weekly training, classes) or one-off events.
- 3Set the session name, day, time, location, and capacity.
- 4Optionally upload a session cover image to make it stand out.
- 5Members can view sessions on your group profile and book directly.
Managing Members
- 1Go to 'Manage Members' from your group dashboard.
- 2View all active members, their join dates, and subscription statuses.
- 3Use the search and filter options to find specific members.
- 4Send messages to individual members or broadcast to all.
- 5Remove or suspend members if needed via the member actions menu.
Payments & Subscriptions
- 1Joinazo Pay handles secure online payments for memberships and sessions.
- 2Group owners can set up multiple packages with different pricing tiers.
- 3Members can view their active subscriptions in the dashboard under 'Subscriptions'.
- 4To cancel a subscription, click 'Subscribed' on the group profile and select 'Unsubscribe'.
- 5Refund policies are displayed on each group's profile page.
Using the Dashboard
- 1Access your dashboard from the user menu or navbar.
- 2The 'Feed' tab shows updates from your groups.
- 3The 'My Groups' tab lists all groups you own or manage.
- 4The 'Subscriptions' tab shows your active memberships and renewal dates.
- 5Use 'Settings' to update your profile, notification preferences, and account details.
Messages & Notifications
- 1Click the bell icon in the navbar to view recent notifications.
- 2Notifications include bookings, payments, new members, and reviews.
- 3Go to 'Messages' from the menu to view and send direct messages.
- 4Group owners can message members directly from the member management page.
- 5Adjust notification preferences in your dashboard settings.
App Store & Premium Apps
- 1Visit the App Store from your dashboard to browse available integrations.
- 2Free apps can be installed instantly — click 'Get' and follow the setup.
- 3Premium apps are marked with a gold banner and require a Pro subscription.
- 4Click on any app to view its details, screenshots, and reviews.
- 5Manage installed apps from your dashboard.
Liking & Saving Groups
- 1Click the heart icon on any group card or profile page to save it.
- 2View all your liked groups from 'Liked Groups' in the user menu.
- 3Liked groups help you keep track of groups you're interested in before joining.
Sharing a Group Profile
- 1Click the share button on any group profile.
- 2Choose to copy the link, share on social media, or generate an embed code.
- 3Shared links take people directly to the group profile on Joinazo.
Reporting a Profile
- 1If you see a suspicious or misused profile, click the 'Report' button on the group profile page.
- 2Select the reason for your report (scam, inappropriate content, misleading info, etc.).
- 3Add any additional details to help our team investigate.
- 4Our moderation team reviews all reports within 48 hours.
Account Settings & Profile
- 1Click your avatar in the navbar and select 'Settings'.
- 2Update your name, email, profile photo, and bio.
- 3Change your password or linked accounts.
- 4Manage your notification and privacy preferences.
- 5Delete your account from the 'Danger Zone' section if needed.
