1. Who we are
Joinazo Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Joinazo at https://www.joinazo.com. We are based in Manchester, United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms: support@joinazo.com.
2. Our service
Joinazo is an online platform that helps people discover clubs, groups and activities, and helps organisations list group profiles and venues for hire. We provide tools for profiles, memberships, sessions, bookings, messaging, apps and related features.
We are a technology platform. Unless we expressly say otherwise, contracts for memberships, sessions, venue hire or other offerings are between the member or booker and the group or venue operator — not with Joinazo as a party to that supply.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales. If you create or manage a group or venue profile on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@joinazo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Group and venue profiles
Group and venue operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, opening times, prices, capacity, photos, policies and any terms they publish to members or bookers.
We may review, moderate, refuse, suspend or remove profiles or content that breach these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that we reasonably believe harm users or the platform.
5. Payments, fees and Joinazo Pay
Some features involve paid memberships, session bookings, venue hire or subscriptions. Online card payments are typically processed by Stripe (including Joinazo Pay / Stripe Connect for payouts to connected accounts).
Platform fees (for example Free vs Pro plan fee percentages) are described in the product at the time of use. Card network and Stripe fees may also apply. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Refunds for memberships, sessions or venue bookings are primarily a matter between the payer and the group or venue, subject to any refund policy they publish and applicable consumer law. Where we process a refund through the platform, we may reverse related platform fees in line with our then-current practices.
6. Pro subscriptions and apps
Optional Pro or premium subscriptions may unlock lower platform fees or premium apps. Subscription terms, pricing and cancellation rights are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.
7. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload (text, images, documents and similar). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
Joinazo branding, software, design and our own materials remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not copy or misuse them except as allowed by these terms or with our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date (and, where appropriate, additional notice). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between users, groups and venues; for content published by third parties; or for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, goodwill or data).
Subject to the above, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the service in that period, or (b) £100.
11. Termination
You may stop using Joinazo and request account closure via support@joinazo.com or in-product tools where available. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal, security or operational reasons.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
These pages describe how Joinazo operates. We may update them from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. For questions, contact support@joinazo.com.
